Environment Committee

The Environment Committee meets on a monthly basis where possible at dates to be confirmed. The Environment Committee’s remit is to promote, improve and protect all aspects of the environment of Driffield and Little Driffield with projects as agreed by the full Town Council. Prior projects include the Cranwell Road Beck and Bridge refurbishment and refurbishment of the Pinfold. Forthcoming projects include Laundry Lane and Beckside refurbishments. The Environment Committee also investigate ways that the Town Council and the town can reduce carbon impact working with the strategies created by ERYC and other agencies.
