Driffield Show

Driffield Show 2022 – 20th & 21st July.

It is by far the largest event in the town’s calendar, attracting over 30,000 visitors to the Showground.  In 2021 the show was run over two days for the first time in its history due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was such a success that they are doing the same this year.

The highlight of the show is Atkinson’s Action Horses, led by Ben Atkinson in the Woolley & Parks Main Ring.

A team of riders, trainers and performers with credits on the silver screen pale into insignificance as they stand beside these magnificent animals.

The equine community is well represented on both days of the Show with a packed main ring timetable ranging from the Local Ridden Ponies to the Show Jumping Classes.

Sponsored by Smailes Goldie Group, the heavy horses will be out in force at this year’s Show.
