Rights of away Improvement Plan

The Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) is a strategy document, setting out the overall direction of travel and thematic aims for the development of the public rights of way (PROW) network. ERYC reassess the plan every 10 years and refresh it as necessary.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is updating the Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) to reflect important changes in the benefits that our countryside paths provide.

A public consultation on the draft ROWIP is now open, to ensure that the revised ROWIP reflects the challenges facing the network over the next ten years.
