Cass Hall meeting room

Cass Hall is suitable for small business groups, charities or educational classes and is available to hire, from as little as £10 per hour, during the day, on an evening, or at weekends. See full rates for details.

It is a compact, welcoming venue, easy to find, situated adjacent to free car parking facilities and within a quarter of a mile from both railway and bus stations.

Cass Hall is equipped with a drop-down projection screen, Wi-Fi connectivity, Sound System, DVD player. Easy to connect laptop and computer podium, hearing loops and is suitable for events and meetings of up to 50 people, who can be comfortably seated. The room measures approximately 6.6m x 7.8m or 51m2

Configurable event space
We can arrange the seating plan to suit your meeting, conference, circular or theatre style for up to 50 people.  Ideal for children’s parties or to celebrate that special anniversary!

Projector
Easy to connect your laptop or computer to, complete with DVD player.

Projection Screen
Drop down, motorised electric screen, 3metres wide.

Full catering facilities
From simple tea and coffee making facilities to full buffet catering, please ask.

Sound System
High Quality, stereo sound system, with speakers at either side of the projection screen.

Hearing Loops
Induction loop system, which magnetically transmits sound to hearing aids and cochlear implants.

Wi-Fi Connectivity
Wireless broadband internet access is included in the room hire price.

Free car park
Ample free parking available within 100 metres.

Public transport links
Less than 400 metres from both the Bus and Railway stations.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 3 days of the meeting date – no charge
Within 72 hours – one quarter of total
Within 48 hours – one half of total
Within 24 hours – full amount payable

MARKET WALK

The Market Walk Meeting Room is available to hire during the week and at weekends during the day or in the evening at a rate of £12 per hour. The self-contained room features free wifi and smart TV for laptop presentations. It is fully accessible and has a small well-equipped kitchen area and microwave as well as a disabled toilet.

The meeting room is ideal for meetings of up to 30 people seated or small ‘drop-in’ events. Free car parking is available a short walk from this town centre facility. The approximate size of the room is 7.3m x 6.6m or 40m2 after taking off the size of the disabled toilet.
