Corgi Trail

Platinum Jubilee Driffield Corgi Trail.

UPDATE: We are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.  Driffield Town Council, together with all of our residents, wish to express our thoughts and condolences. For this reason the draw associated with the Corgi Trail will be postponed until some time after the State Funeral.

Our life sized corgi’s were made by Andy Wilson from our Driffield ‘Tidy Team’ and we have worked in partnership with local artist, Siobhan Palmer and Driffield Men In Sheds to create 18 corgi’s to hunt down in Driffield town centre.

Entry Forms: Pick up forms from Thursday June 2nd from Kinship Coffee, Wonders of the Wolds or The Little Book Emporium Driffield or download from our website here – Corgi_Trail_Form.

Those returning the first 100 correctly completed forms will win a very special Corgi Trail medallion, after that you will win a lovely Corgi pin badge.

Plus…. All forms will be entered into a grand draw in September, when the trail closes, to win your very own Corgi, decorated by local artist Siobhan Palmer!

Pictured (left to right) are:

  • Siobhan Palmer – local artist holding one of the corgi’s she designed and made.
  • Mayor of Driffield, Cllr Mark Blakeston holding a corgi decorated by a local school.
  • Andy Wilson of our Tidy Team who made all the corgi’s and holds the one he decorated called ’Susan’ (a Pembroke Corgi dog owned by Queen Elizabeth II which was given to her on her eighteenth birthday).
